As a community service, we're pleased to make available an attractive conference room, with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities, at no or nominal cost.

Fees

  • Room rental includes use of multimedia equipment
  • 1-3 hours: NO CHARGE
  • 3-4 hours: $50 flat fee
  • 4-8 hours: $100 flat fee
  • Off-hours: Additional $20 per hour
  • Saturdays: Call for a quote
  • Multimedia projector for off-site use: $100 per day

Refreshments & clean up must be handled by the conference room user.
