Win, Plate or Show In April 2005, OEC held its inaugural Win, Plate or Show Gala, which raised more than $6,000 for the Arts & Crafts/Computer Center at the new Girl Scouts of Kentuckiana headquarters. Area artists & designers were "called to the plate" in March, asked to design and paint a plate depicting a Derby festivity. More than 80 beautiful and unique plates were created and auctioned.
