As a community service, Office Environment Company is pleased to make available an attractive conference room, with state-of-the-art equipment and amenities, at little or nominal cost.

  • 1-3 hours: FREE of charge
  • 3-4 hours: $50 flat fee
  • 4-8 hours: $100 flat fee
  • Off-hours: Additional $20 per hour
  • Saturdays: Call for a quote
  • Multimedia projector for off-site use: $100 per day

To reserve the conference room, please contact Customer Service at (502) 585-5161, ext. 100. Refreshments and clean up must be handled by the conference room user.
