Louisville Area
From the East End:
Take I-64 West to downtown. Get off at the 9th Street (Roy Wilkins) exit, stay in the right lane. Turn right on Jefferson Street. Go down to 12th Street. (Fire Department is on the corner of 12th & Jefferson.) Turn right onto 12th. Go to Market. Turn right onto Market. OEC is on the corner of 12th and Market. Turn right into the OEC parking lot. 

From Shively:
Take the Watterson Expwy. (I-264 West) -- connect to I-64 East. Get off at the 9th Street exit. Turn right onto Market Street. Go 2.5 blocks -- OEC is on the left.  Turn left into the parking lot.

Southern Indiana area
From Jeffersonville:
Take the Kennedy Bridge (I-65 South) over the Ohio and follow signs to I-64 West heading to St. Louis. Get off at the 9th Street (Roy Wilkins) exit, stay in the right lane. Turn right on Jefferson Street. Go down to 12th Street. (Fire Department is on the corner of 12th & Jefferson.) Turn right onto 12th.  Go to Market. Turn right onto Market. OEC is on the corner of 12th & Market. Turn right into the parking lot.
    
From Jeffersonville: (alternate)
Take the 2nd Street Bridge over the Ohio. Turn right onto Main Street.  Follow Main until you reach 12th Street. Take a left onto 12th--go one block to Market. Take a left on Market; turn right into the parking lot.

From New Albany:
Take I-64 east over the Sherman Minton Bridge. Get off at the 9th Street (Roy Wilkins) exit. Turn right onto Market Street. Go 2.5 blocks--OEC is on the left. Turn left into the parking lot.
